Effective 5 October 2026
These terms apply to the Rally Tripmeter app for Android and iOS and its live map at racelivemap.com (together, “the app”), published by AppHero OÜ, Estonia (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. Contact: siim@apphero.ee.
The app is a navigation and timing aid for rally, regularity and touring events. You remain responsible for driving safely and for following traffic law and event regulations. Do not handle the phone while driving; mount it securely and leave its operation to a co-driver or to the app's buttons.
Distances, times, speeds and pacenotes come from the phone's GPS and motion sensors and can be wrong: GPS can drift or drop out, and generated pacenotes can miss or misjudge a corner or crest. Always check them against the road and the event's official documents, and never rely on them alone for your safety.
The app creates an account so your data can be stored and synced. You may sign in with Google or Apple. Keep access to your sign-in account secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time, as described on Delete your account.
Stages, routes, recordings and pacenotes you create remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display them so the app can work, including showing them to others when you share them or turn on Live tracking. Do not upload content you have no right to share. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not misuse the app: do not interfere with its services, access other users' data, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Rally Tripmeter Bluetooth buttons are sold separately at shop.apphero.ee under that shop's terms. Only buttons bought there pair with the app.
We develop the app continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the app and its services available but cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we discontinue a paid feature during a period you have paid for, you are entitled to the remedies the law gives you.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for results, penalties or lost time in an event, or for damage arising from inaccurate distances, times or pacenotes. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and may bring a claim in its courts.
